1. The basic requirements of the spray painting room in the domestic auto beauty industry, so far, many manufacturers have no fixed spray painting room. In this environment, the dust in the workshop, the movement of vehicles and people, will inevitably affect the quality of painting. At the same time, the paint mist can not be discharged, which seriously affects the health of operators. The main purpose of setting up the spray room is to provide a clean, safe and well-lit spraying environment, so that the spraying process will not be disturbed by dust, and the volatile fog is confined in the spray room. Because the color of the paint is different in different types of light (such as white light that makes the color significantly red), "achromatic" is required in the spray room. Lighting, thus providing pure neutral light, enables accurate color matching. Therefore, the spray painting room must have certain conditions, its basic requirements are as follows: 1) The air into the spray painting room must be filtered to ensure that there is no dust in the air. 2) The direction of air flow must be from the ceiling to the direction of gravity. 3) The air velocity reaches 16-40m/min, that is, the air velocity changes at least twice per minute. 4) Air is drained from the ground and filtered into cleaner air. 5) The intake volume is greater than the exhaust volume, that is, the positive pressure will be generated, which can prevent the outside dust from being inhaled and force the exhaust gas to be discharged through the underground exhaust port. In addition, air supply system is very necessary. It supplies clean, dry and filtered air from the outside, and can heat the air on cold winter days. In recent years, the air supply system generally adopts horizontal suction type and downward suction type. Downward suction type is the most widely used air supply system at present. Air flows down from the ceiling of the paint booth, creating a layer of air that flows directly over the surface of the car to the exhaust port. This prevents dirt from flying on the newly painted surface, carries toxic vapors and harmful flying paint out of the workplace, and provides a safe working environment for the paint shop. 2. Painting room maintenance In order to achieve the best painting effect, must follow the following steps for maintenance. 1) All automobile repair work and preparation before painting shall be carried out outside the painting room. 2) Do not carry out any grinding and polishing operation in the spray room. 3) Be sure to check and replace the filter element in accordance with the specified time, so as to avoid the continuous airflow will dust and flying paint into the filter element. 4) Check the barometer reading every day to know the range of pressure. If the air pressure is too low, check to see if the filter is clogged. If the blockage is severe, replace the filter. 5) Wet the indoor floor before painting to prevent dust from flying. 6) Check the lighting condition regularly and replace weak or burnt out bulbs to avoid inaccurate finish color matching due to poor lighting. 7) Regularly lubricate pulley bearings and motor bearings of exhaust fan. 8) Pay attention to personal hygiene. Don't wear dirty clothes and shoes into the paint booth. 9) After each work, wipe the ground and slope wall, remove sundries, covering paper and other sundries, and maintain and clean all equipment in the spray room. 3. Spray room Spray room can speed up drying and curing, and keep the workpiece cleaner. The forced drying of putty, primer and sealing paint can shorten the waiting time between processes and improve work efficiency and workpiece quality. According to the drying method, there are hot air convection drying, infrared radiation drying, ultraviolet drying. Among them, hot air convection drying and infrared radiation drying are widely used at home and abroad. Infrared radiation heating efficiency is high, characterized by fast drying speed, hard and bright coating film, quality and efficiency improvement. Some spray painting rooms are also equipped with infrared drying equipment, such as movable infrared plate, movable large area heating device, for local drying. When using the paint booth, we must be careful not to overheat, otherwise it will damage the finish paint and plastic parts on the car. 4. Spray painting drying room For automobile painting process, spray painting room and spray painting room are essential production equipment to improve process effect and increase output. But for the general car beauty repair shop, due to the limitations of the site and economy, spray paint and paint are mostly combined into one, using spraying and paint two rooms. A spray shop is also called a spray shop. Set painting, baking paint in one, using high energy steel component room, seamless ceiling filter cotton. Combined with air inlet filtration system and positive air pressure, the air entering the room is 100% purified. Automatic circulation inlet valve is used to make the hot air flow in the spray painting room when baking. With the interlayer insulation cotton room, heating insulation effect is particularly good. Painting room also uses shadowless luminous daylight lighting tube, color temperature is very close to sunlight, adjacent color calibration is more accurate. Automatic control instrument panel, once preset, automatically provides the appropriate time and temperature for painting, volatilization, baking, cooling and other processes. Working principle: When used as a spray painting room, indoor temperature can be controlled at 20. At the same time, warm air is sent down from the ceiling, the air flow rate is 16~40m/min, along the direction of gravity to the bottom, is pumped out. The paint mist and air are separated by the exhaust system and then vented outside. After spraying, let the workpiece stand for about l0min, and then heating at medium temperature. The hot air heated by the heat converter is fed into the room temperature to reach the specified baking temperature. The air flow rate is about 3m/min(too high flow rate will cause small convex bubbles in the paint film). At this time, under the control of the closed circulation system, the air circulation is repeated to accelerate the drying of the workpiece. Some roasters are equipped with movable turntable and track trolley system, convenient for operators to spray baking, accelerate vehicle access. It is estimated that a spray grill can spray seven to nine cars a day. Figure 5-9 shows the baking operation. 5. Paint and Protective equipment storage room Many auxiliary materials such as paints, thinners and hardeners are flammable and toxic. Therefore, storage cabinets or storerooms must be set up in special places. Such storage cabinets and rooms must be set up in accordance with the relevant regulations of the fire department and approved by the fire department. Indoor ventilation and exhaust facilities should be good, so that the content of volatile combustible and toxic gases can be reduced to the relevant national values, all kinds of electrical equipment must meet the explosion-proof requirements. Many paints and related products are not only dangerous to burn, but also toxic. If operators do not take proper precautions, they will be a health hazard. Especially in recent years, more and more cars are using two-component polyurethane coatings containing a small amount of active isocyanate. These chemicals can irritate the eyes, nose, throat and lungs, and can also cause diseases of the respiratory, nervous and blood-forming systems. So even if the painting workshop is well ventilated, it is necessary to wear a respiratory protector. According to the requirements of different occasions, respiratory protective equipment mainly includes air supply gas mask, cylinder type gas mask and dust mask. (1) Air supply gas mask comprises two face masks for fresh air and oxygen supply. The fresh air gas mask is comfortable to wear and protects against gases, water vapor, dust, smoke and particles, including isocyanate paint vapors and mist and harmful solvent vapors. At the same time, the heel protects the eyes and face, preventing liquid molecules from flying into the face. (2) cylinder type gas prevention device. If the coating does not contain isocyanates, a cartridge gas mask can be used. It has a rubber-faced wing that fits the face shape and creates a good seal; It also comes with replaceable cotton filters and canisters to remove solvents and other vapors from the air. The mask is also equipped with an exhaust valve to ensure that all air passes through the filter, which can prevent vapors such as inert enamel and nitrocellulose paint from spraying paint mist that does not contain acid salts. Also wear protective glasses to protect your eyes from the fog. (3) Dust mask dust nozzle can prevent the dust produced by sandpaper from harming the human body. Wear a dust mask whenever sandpaper is used (note: Dust masks do not protect against solvent vapors and stray paint mist). In addition, the painting operation area should wear clean long-sleeved work clothes, appropriate waterproof gloves, such as oil-resistant latex gloves, to prevent solvents, primer, finish paint hurt hands, and wear non-slip work shoes.
